We have daily specials everyday! Here are some of our favorite tavern staples that our costumers keep coming back for.
Soup of the Day ~
Watershed Wings ~ 8 meaty wings baked (not fried) in your choice of spicy Buffalo or Blackberry-Bourbon BBQ sauce with homemade Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing on the side.
Mexican Bean and Cheese Dip ~
Our version of Nachos: it's a heap of baked black beans on one side and spicy cheese dip on the other, topped with aged Vermont Cheddar and served with crispy tortilla chips. Go whole hog and add our chunky Salsa, Sour Cream, or Corn Salad. Vegan version available with beans only. Pulled Pork Tacos ~Back by popular demand, our original Taco of Pulled Pork BBQ and Cole Slaw wrapped in two flour tortillas. Careful, they're addictive! (If you prefer the cheese version, we can do that too.) Lisa's Favorite Salad ~ A mound of Mesclun greens topped with Apples, seasoned Pecans, and dried Cranberries. Ingredients may vary with seasons. Your choice of homemade dressings: Maple Vinaigrette, Blue Cheese, Creamy Ranch or Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar.
House Salad ~ Mixed greens with croutons.
Crab Cakes ~ 2 Maryland-style crab cakes packed with lumps of sweet blue crab meat, baked to a delicate crunch and topped with tangy lime curry mayonnaise. Served with mixed greens and corn salad. Even Marylanders say they're great! Traditional Shepherds' Pie ~ Lean ground beef sautéed with onions and garlic, layered with rich, brown gravy, corn, and mashed potatoes then baked with Vermont Aged Cheddar Cheese and served with garlic bread. Mexican Burrito ~ Sink your teeth into a baked flour tortilla wrapped around savory black beans, chicken, aged Vermont cheddar cheese, sautéed peppers and onions then topped with chunky salsa and sour cream. A summery corn salad completes this Latino favorite.
Vegetarian Burrito ~ Our vegetarian burrito wraps a flour tortilla around the bright flavors of sautéed onions, peppers, zucchini, and tasty black beans, and finish it with sour cream and salsa. Our corn salad is still the perfect complement.

Grilled Meatloaf Sandwich (Better than a burger!) ~
This sandwich rocks. Specially seasoned meatloaf with Bacon, Cheddar cheese and our excellent Blackberry Bourbon BBQ sauce is piled on a fresh baked roll and grilled on the panini. Served with slaw, chips and a pickle.
Pulled Pork Sandwich ~
Mouth-watering Bourbon-Blackberry BBQ Pork, heaped on our fresh Snowflake roll. Served w/our delicious slaw, tortilla chips & a pickle.
Garden Burger ~
A Veggie Garden Burger. Served on our fresh Snowflake roll w/red onion, tomato & Ranch dressing. Add a healthy side of our corn salad, chips & a pickle then get ready to kick off your Birkenstocks & dig in!
